I'm a Software Engineer III at Walmart Global Tech, where I develop scalable backend systems and search infrastructure that power millions of customer interactions daily. With a Master's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University (GPA: 3.9/4.0), I bring deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud technologies, and high-performance architecture.
My technical journey spans 4+ years of professional experience, working with cutting-edge technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes. I specialize in building microservices architectures, optimizing search relevance algorithms, and implementing distributed systems that handle high-volume traffic with sub-second latency requirements.
Beyond professional work, I'm deeply committed to leadership and mentorship. As Vice President of the Indian Students Organization at SJSU, I led a team of 15+ advisors and organized cultural events supporting 500+ international students. I've also served as a Teaching Associate for graduate-level courses in Distributed Systems and Enterprise Software.
My passion for robotics and innovation has earned me over 30 national and international merit awards. I continue to mentor through AnitaB.org, helping the next generation of technologists navigate their careers in software engineering.
I'm always open to discussing new opportunities, collaborations, or just having a conversation about technology and innovation. Feel free to reach out!
